Bad Breath Got You Down?

If your pet has bad breath, read on! Your best bet is to bring your pet in to see if a dental cleaning is necessary. If it’s not needed, make a quick stop to MSAH and pick up some Aquadent, a water additive, or some C.E.T. dental chews which have a special coating to help fight plaque. In between cleanings, try dampening a cloth and wipe it along your pet’s teeth. To get puppies used to having their teeth brushed, start off using chicken or veggie broth and progress to toothpaste for pets. For a healthy treat that’s also good for their teeth, try carrots. Dogs love the crunch!
