We upgraded our online services and wanted to let you know about your options for managing your pet’s health. In addition to being able to access your pet’s health records on the web through the Pet Portal, you can also download our new smart phone app! 
 

The app, like the portal, allows you to view your pet’s:

• medical reminders
• vaccination records
• prescriptions
• upcoming appointments
   

In addition to the above, you can also:

• request refills of their medications and food
• request appointments
• request changes to your information 
• upload your own pictures of your pets to your portal to personalize your experience. 
   

Need to show a groomer, boarding facility or dog park your pet’s vaccination records? You can bring up his/her record on the portal or app, and the vaccination records (complete with next due dates) are right there!
 

Receive reminders:

• when your pet is due for routine exams or vaccinations by email (or our traditional postcards) 
• appointment reminders as emails and/or text messages that you can confirm 
   

No more forgetting about due dates and appointments! Concerned about getting too many messages from us? Not to worry. You can decide what kind of automatic communications you receive from us (text, email, and/or postcard). It’s a simple setting in your app preferences. If you don’t use the app, you can let us know your preferences and we’ll update them for you.

In order for you to take advantage of this new free service we’re offering, we need your email address to put in our system. (We will never, ever sell your information to anyone!) Giving us your email allows the portal and the app to sync with us to let you sign up, sign in and use the app and the online portal.
 

Get connected:

• To access your Pet Portal and/or the app, call us or email us with your email address.
• To get the app, wait 24 hours after we put your email in our system.
• Download the app (Pet Page by AllyDVM) from Google Play or Apple App Store on your phone.
• Open the app on your phone, click the "sign up" button on the home page of the app.
• Enter your email address (your username), choose a password and click the blue sign up button.
• You will then be sent a confirmation email. Click the link in that email.
• Check your SPAM folder if you don't see the confirmation in your inbox.
• After you sign up, you can sign in/log in.
• You MUST sign up before logging in the first time.
