Metairie Small Animal Hospital is excited to announce the opening of our new Marigny location, Monday December 10, 2018. This is our fifth outpatient clinic, and we’re happy to expand the reach of the quality veterinary care we provide at our other locations to the Marigny and downtown area. 

The new Clinic’s address is 1009 Elysian Fields Avenue, Suite C and sits behind the Robert Fresh Market on St. Claude. Free off-street parking is available behind the building at the corner of Rampart and Marigny Streets.

Drs. Samantha Glisson and Megan Mayer will be seeing appointments there six days a week. Clinic hours are Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm and Saturday 7:30am - Noon. Appointments will start at 9am each day.

You’ll be happy to discover the same quality care you’ve come to expect from Metairie Small Animal Hospital in a more intimate environment. Like our other clinics, we’ll provide exams and basic care for your furry friends at our new clinic. If your pet is in need of surgery or more intensive care, we’ll transfer him/her to the main hospital.

Additionally, we have separate exam rooms for dogs and cats! The cat room is a little quieter and features a plug-in Feliway diffuser and Feliway-sprayed towels for fear-free visits. And because the rooms are separate, your dogs won’t be distracted by cat scents when they’re getting their exams.

In addition to our medical services, we also have many of the retail services you’ve come to expect from our main hospital and other clinics, including food, medications, leashes, harnesses and collars, and toys.
