Dr. Lauren is originally from Baton Rouge, LA, and attended Tulane University for an undergraduate, and graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in evolutionary biology and ecology. During undergrad years, she did a research project with the Audubon Zoo, worked with some of Tulane’s ecology research labs, and spent 2 weeks volunteering at a primate sanctuary in Ecuador. Dr. Lauren went to Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine for vet school and LSU SVM for her clinical year. Her interests in small animal medicine include internal medicine, oncology, and clinical pathology. Dr. Lauren currently lives in Old Metairie with her dog Vanilla. She has a classically trained vocalist background and enjoys rock climbing and exploring the city of New Orleans.
