Over the last few years, we've experienced significant growth in the number of hospitalized and surgical patients we see. To better accommodate these patients, we're starting a large construction/renovation project to expand our surgical, ICU, hospital, and recovery areas at our Metairie Road location on March 6. Construction will be done in phases, and we expect that it will take 6-9 months.
Unfortunately, this project will directly impact our boarding areas. So at this time, we're canceling all existing boarding reservations. If you currently have reservations, someone should have already contacted you directly.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and we're happy to provide you with a list of reputable local pet boarding facilities and pet sitters. We're also happy to provide you with any information another facility may require for your pet's stay (e.g., vaccination records).
