MSAH Updates: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We hope all of you are staying safe and have been taking care of yourselves. We are working hard to expand our available services to you and your pets.

Beginning Wednesday, June 10, we will begin allowing clients inside the building (at all locations) in a limited way. Most of our business will remain curbside, with the exception of clients who wish to have an in-person appointment with the doctor. These are the changes you can expect:

IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS:

  • In-person appointments must be scheduled in advance, and they will be staggered to limit the number of people in the building at a time. Please be aware that there are a limited number of in-person appointments available each day.

  • Further, we ask that you maintain social distance from others while in the building.

  • All employees will continue to wear masks and utilize the disinfecting and social distancing guidelines we have had in place.

  • All exam rooms will be thoroughly disinfected following every appointment.

  • If you prefer to remain in your vehicle, we are happy to continue providing curbside appointments as we have been.

GUIDELINES FOR IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS:

  • Upon arrival, you will be checked-in curbside.

  • When the doctor is ready to see you and your pet, their assistant will come to get you and your pet from your car.

  • We are only allowing ONE PERSON inside for each in-person appointment. Any other people will need to remain outside.

  • Everyone coming inside MUST wear a face mask/covering. Unfortunately, due to supply issues, we cannot provide masks. You will need to bring your own.

  • Everyone will also have their temperature taken before entering the building.

  • If you have a fever, are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or know you have been exposed to COVID-19, please refrain from visiting our practice for 2 weeks following exposure.

CURBSIDE SERVICE:

  • We will continue curbside service for all other business at ALL LOCATIONS until further notice. This includes:

    • all other appointments,

    • drop-off exams,

    • baths,

    • surgeries,

    • dentals, and

    • food and medication pick up.

FOOD AND MEDICATION PICK UP:

If you need to refill a prescription or pick up food for your pet, please call ahead so we can have your items ready for you.

IMPORTANT: we still ask that you pick up your food or medications BEFORE 5 PM.
