Dr. Cody Pfister is originally from Old Metairie and grew up in Covington. He attended St. Paul’s High School and then Louisiana State University, completing a degree in Business Administration. He then spent a year working for a land management company specializing in oil and natural gas easements, traveling throughout the northeastern United States. Returning to his lifelong passion, Dr. Cody then attended LSU School of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in May 2022. Dr. Cody is especially interested in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, clinical pathology, and oncology. He lives in Old Metairie with his girlfriend Sydney, a small animal veterinarian, and their Greyhound, Mango, as well as their Black Labrador Retriever, Squid, and cat, Disco. In his free time, Dr. Cody enjoys kayaking, attending music festivals, camping, and exercising.
